soggetto a radiazioni che hanno origini diverse:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Raggi cosmici galattici GCR;<\/li>\n<li>Vento solare;<\/li>\n<li>brillamenti solari;<\/li>\n<li>Eiezione di massa coronale (CME).<\/li>\n<li> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Queste radiazioni sono costituite da diversi tipi di particelle come fotoni ad alta energia, elettroni, protoni, particelle alfa e ioni pesanti.<\/p>\n<p>Le radiazioni possono influenzare le caratteristiche elettroniche delle parti di EEE per applicazioni spaziali, <span style=\"font-family: -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', Arial, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji', 'Segoe UI Symbol', 'Noto Color Emoji'; font-size: 1rem;\">gli effetti possono essere suddivisi come segue:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Total Ionizing Dose (TID): Accumulo di depositi di dosi ionizzanti nel lungo periodo.<\/li>\n<li>Displacement Damage (DD): accumulo di difetti del reticolo cristallino causati da radiazioni ad alta energia.<\/li>\n<li>Effetti di eventi singoli (SEE): un&#8217;elevata deposizione di una dose ionizzante, da una singola particella ad alta energia, che si verifica in una regione sensibile del dispositivo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Al fine di valutare la garanzia di durezza delle radiazioni per i componenti EEE in un ambiente spaziale, RGM redige un piano di Radiation Validation Test (RVT). Per ogni tipologia di prova valgono le seguenti specifiche:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-1882\" metodo di prova di irradiazione allo stato stazionario della dose totale;<\/li>\n<li>Metodo MIL-STD-750 1019.5: procedura di irradiazione della dose totale allo stato stazionario;<\/li>\n<li>Metodo MIL-STD-883 1019.7: Procedura di test per radiazioni ionizzanti (dose totale).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PER GG:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ESCC 22500: Linee guida per i test di irradiazione dei danni da spostamento;<\/li>\n<li>Linee guida della NASA: sviluppo di linee guida per i test sui protoni;<\/li>\n<li>MIL-STD-883 Metodo 1017.2: Irradiazione di neutroni.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>DA VEDERE:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ESCC 25100: Metodo e linee guida per il test degli effetti di un singolo evento;<\/li>\n<li>JEDEC JESD57: procedure di prova per la misurazione degli effetti di un singolo evento nei dispositivi a semiconduttore dall&#8217;irradiazione di ioni pesanti.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le sorgenti di radiazioni dipendono dal tipo di test da
