Construction analysis (CA) is used to investigate the constructive characteristics and the materials used in the manufacturing of electronic components.
The activity test flow is tailored on the type of device under examination and it is aimed to understand if the part is compliant to the program requirements identifying potential weaknesses or process anomalies that may affect its reliability.
Other than ensuring the general external and internal workmanship of the parts, an in depth material analysis of all the constituents is performed to verify the absence of prohibited materials and overall to gain insights of the constructional quality.
