Thermal/Climatic Ageing

During operation EEE components encounter extreme conditions.

In order to reduce the risk of early failures RGM SPACE has equipped itself to carry out environmental tests.

We perform the following tests in house:

  • Thermal Shock and Thermal Cycle
  • High Stabilization Bake
  • Humidity Test 85°C/85%RH
  • Highly-Accelerated Temperature and Humidity Stress Test (HAST)
  • Burn-in
  • Life tests
